Kensington Hotel Pyeongchang

The gardens are nice and the hotel is clean, it is close to the National Park and sorrounded by nice mountains. The breakfast has a good selection also of western food. Room was spacious, clean and bathroom was propper.

Although the place is a great choice for families with kids, the breakfast provided did not worth the money at all. Also the restaurants are super expensive. For such a hotel resort with that level of facilities for kids, we really expected better breakfast. You definitely need to take some food with you if you plan to stay 2 nights like us.

The breakfast was very good, with both Korean and Western options. However, none of the advertised restaurants was open for business. They seem to have excellent playgrounda for small kids. There are no restaurants around the hotel either, but there is a public bus with rather infrequent schedule. Is is only a 10 USD ride to the entrance of the Odaesan Park, though.

Great location for families and kids with big open grounds for kids to explore, even a small animal farm. Rooms were comfortable and big, with glamping grounds for the more adventurous.

Great hotel, very reasonably priced. Pool and sauna were included in price.
